CAREER SUMMARY
My professional career is linked to Science, specifically, to Medical Physics and programming languages such as Java, .NET, and recently, Swift (that has stolen my heart!).
Being an enthusiastic makes me take up every single project that I work with as an opportunity to improve and enchance the final product.
I consider myself an organized and committed to the work person, and my goal is to keep being motivated to learn and fulfill my professional and personal goals.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Universitat de Vic, Vic
At present, I provide support to students, teachers and administrative staff from the University of Vic. Some of the tasks I carry out are: computer reparation, software installation, software virtualization or Moodle training. In addition, at the Faculty of Medicine, I participate in the integration of SECTRA as a training tool.
Enginyeria MAPEX, Vic
I was working on MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software for clients in the industrial sector, following the SCRUM methodology (based on incremental software development).
IDIBAPS, Barcelona
Within this research group on liver oncology, I was in charge of the administrative management of various research projects, doctor’s agenda, preparation of documentation for scholarships / grants and related billing tasks. On the other hand, as head of the secretariat of the Official Master’s Degree in Translational Medicine at the University of Barcelona, it offered information and monitoring to students. Furthermore, I managed web pages and Moodle, among others.
IDIBAPS (Experimental Laboratory MRI), Barcelona
This platform provides basic and clinical research services in the field of medical imaging for structural and functional MR imaging. Following a study on vascular dementia, I was involved in processing brain images of mice. Specifically, I did an optimization of the processes involved in the post-processing of MRI broadcast images using programs such as Amira, ImageJ, SPM or FSL.

ISS Facility Services, Barcelona
At Air Products I was responsible for the control and maintenance of rooms, supplier’s management and incidence’s follow up and resolution.
Hospital Sant Pau (Gestitursa) , Barcelona
At the Hospital’s emergency service, in night shift, I was in charge of all administrative tasks related to foreign patients: translation between doctors and patients, medial insurance management, database management (SAP) and billing.
CIS Champagne, Reims (France)
This center works as a hostel, cultural center and school language. At the hostel’s reception (650 rooms) I performed tasks such as check in / out, French / English / Spanish telephone support, reservations or tourist information services. At the Languages Department (12 languages offered) I participated in students’ registration and invoicing, teachers’ recruitment and courses’ organization.
Zurich Insurances (Coritel, Accenture Spain), Barcelona
As a Java programmer I performed maintenance and reparation tasks on the Zurich car insurance website (UK and Germany).
